Dr Linda Hutchinson is at the forefront of introducing alliance contracting to the health and social care sector.  Alliance contracting has been used extensively in other sectors: oil, construction, infrastructure, utilities, and defence, with impressive results.  It is a way of creating a collaborative environment for providers to work together even in a competitive world.

 In this free to attend seminar Linda will discuss the key features of alliance contracts and talk about how it is being applied in health and social care commissioning and consider whether it is a method that could be applied to other public sector commissioning.
