The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 came into effect on the 31st January 2013 and in this free to attend seminar Chris will discuss how the Act is being implemented and how it seeks to change the way that public sector bodies design contracts to ensure they commission public services that will improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the area
