We all know that addressing offender health is important to support effective rehabilitation, but are we clear enough about how health services for offenders are commissioned? From April 2013, commissioning responsibilities of the NHS and Local Authorities changed. This has provided some opportunities at local level, as well as some challenges.

This seminar will set out the commissioning landscape for offender health, and will provide some examples of innovative interventions in the North West.
