A focus on the right outcomes for customers and communities is bringing different services together, from Registration to Libraries to Children Centres.  How can this translate into far-reaching, sustainable synergies that build on the stigma-free social capital public libraries offer for families and futures?

• The national policy context for children’s centres
• The role of literacy in early years
• International perspectives on future skills
• The library asset: synergies with children’s centres and registration
