There is strong evidence suggesting that supported employment for people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities can make a huge difference to an individual's social inclusion, confidence and self-esteem and their chance of a more independent life. NIACE continues to work with staff from The Realistic Opportunities for Supported Employment (ROSE) Programme to offer this one day training designed to provide the essential skills needed for anyone becoming a Job Coach, or for managers, organisers, tutors, coaches, personal assistants, supported employment professionals, who are interested in supported employment for people with learning disabilities.

Participants who attended previous courses said:
'Practical ideas with realistic expectations'
'Delivered by people who "do the job" - knowledgeable & experience'
'Really informative - exactly what I was hoping for the outcome of the day'
'This has really been useful in helping to understand more about the vital Job Coach role & how they work with the students'
'Will be able to transfer ideas, forms, activities to our project.'
'Excellent, practical, realistic advice'
