This one day training is supported by the Skills Funding Agency and is designed to support managers and supervisors of front-line staff from FE Colleges and private training providers who will be dealing with 24 + adult applicants to successfully implement the 24 + Advanced Learning Loans. The training provides a range of practical techniques, steps and approaches to successfully engage 24 + adult learners onto Level 3 provision that will require an Advanced Learning Loan.
This course consists of practical steps, techniques and approaches that are needed to successfully manage the engagement of adult learners as part of the Learner’s Journey Risk Assessment Model that NIACE has developed. 
 
This programme is relevant to managers and supervisors of front-line staff from FE Colleges and private training providers who will be dealing with 24 + adult applicants from local authority adult learning services from 2 April 2013 onwards.
