This two day course has been designed to bring delegates up to date with food standards issues and assist in the inspection and audit of food businesses.

Day 1: Review of legislation including food additives, novel foods, food information, contaminants, materials & articles in contact with foods, health & nutrition claims.

Day 2: Inspection and audit, food fraud, food sampling, compliance notices.
