Aims and objectives
The primary aim of this course is to provide delegates with practical examples of compliance and non-compliance with the food allergen information requirements. By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Advise businesses on the steps that they need to take to ensure compliance with the regulations.
- Identify non-compliance
- Recognise the range of enforcement options to rectify non-compliance.
- Draft out Improvement Notices to secure compliance.
