The primary aim of this course is to provide delegates with practical examples of compliance and non-compliance with the food allergen information requirements. By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Advise businesses on the steps that they need to take to ensure compliance with the regulations.
  • Identify non-compliance
  • Recognise the range of enforcement options to rectify non-compliance.
  • Draft out Improvement Notices to secure compliance.
