Skilled Workers, Skilled Citizens Open Space Event

Skilled Workers, Skilled Citizens asks what a community assets approach to workforce development involves. The initiative is open to anyone working in public services in Scotland.

This event offers an opportunity for any participant to propose a topic for a 45 minute conversation:

• We will hear offers, and allocate slots to them, 12-12.45pm (bring your own sandwiches – tea and coffee provided);
• Everyone then chooses which conversations they’d like to engage with over three rounds (12.45pm-1.30; 1.30-2.15 and 2.15-3pm).
• We will conclude the event with a short plenary session.
