Our Run on Sun campaign aims to give community-level energy a big boost by encouraging schools to take up solar power.

The event will bring together leading practitioners from local authorities and associated organisations to showcase good practice, look at problems and solutions, and consider how to promote more widely. 

Participants confirmed so far include representatives from Essex and East Sussex County Councils, Southampton City Council, the London Borough of Merton, Agamemnon Otero from Repowering London, Syed Ahmed from Energy for London, and Mehboob Khan, former leader of Kirklees and advisor to London Councils Labour group.
