Electoral / boundary reviews: what they are, how they can be supported, how to engage people with options

Kate Cooper, from the LGA will be with us to talk about LG Inform, including its use for benchmarking resident satisfaction surveys.  We can do that in the afternoon session.  I’d be interested in hearing from any organisations who use other methods (social media) to keep track of what their customers think…  Any volunteers with examples?

If there are others in where you work who would be interested in coming that’s fine.  E.g. corporate services, communications team etc.  Just tell me know.
