The course is aimed primarily at Environmental Health Practitioners, Food Safety Officers and Trading Standards Officers whose work involves the inspection of meat processing establishments.

This course is designed to provide enforcement officers with some background information regarding meat processing science and technology to assist with their inspection of relevant establishments.
