At our Open Space event in September 2014, one of our themes was evidencing assets approaches to workforce development. There is now an opportunity to continue and deepen that conversation. Questions people are asking include:

• How are we already evidencing assets approaches to workforce development?
• How can we best use numbers as well as stories?
• How could we expand the evidence deemed convincing by ‘powers that be’?

If you are just starting out – or have practice to share – come along to this workshop.
