With the Building a Brighter Future: The Early Years and Childcare Plan now setting the direction for children and family services from pregnancy to age seven, the early years agenda continues to move forward. Following the first Early Years and Childcare Plan Progress Report, the Welsh Government has outlined new priorities to enhance early years provisions in Wales for 2015.

Capita Conferences’ Early Years Conference is ideally timed to address key developments including the expansion of the Flying Start Programme, the proposed changes to childcare and early education registration, regulation and inspection and advancements for assessing, tracking and monitoring developmental progress across the Foundation Phase.
