Who should attend?

This course is aimed at Local Authority Enforcement Officers.

Why attend this course?

The aim of the course is to provide delegates with both a review of the main changes that have occured in food law and an update on proposed changes.

The Course Programme

The morning session: will review recent legislative changes and update delegates on relevant case law. There will also be a presentations on the Elliott Review and how this will impact on the work of local authorities and on UK food law enforcement activity 2013/14 

The afternoon session will include an update on the food Information Regulation and in particular the requirements relating to the identification of food allergens in non-prepacked food.
