Public Services Transformation Network

In this free seminar Peter will explore what devolution could mean for whole system commissioning of public services and implications for local and national commissioners, as well as practitioners and providers.

Peter will examine what aspects of public services can and should be devolved and discuss the opportunities and challenges it presents for local service commissioning. This will include the potential for place based commissioning, rather than service or agency based outcomes; the financial frameworks that might be needed, and the regulatory and inspection regimes and how they can support a focus on outcomes for a place.
