Knowsley Council has been working over a three year period with local partners including probation services, Liverpool Prison, Merseyside Police and MALS, a voluntary sector provider.  Together with co-beneficiaries in Italy and The Netherlands they have cooperated to explore new ways of working with offenders and to embed existing good practice in new environments.  This is the end of project conference which will provide delegates with an opportunity to understand learning established during the project.  

Keynote speakers include Professor Hazel Kemshall and Ms Sarah Hilder who will highlight current challenges in responding to and managing trans national serious violent and sexual offenders who move across EU borders.

Workshops will focus on the following: Partnership working with the third sector, Through the Gate Provision and Demonstrating Effectiveness.
