This webinar is designed to give you more information about the Leadership Exchange Programme and to hear first-hand from someone who has gone through the programme.

Leadership Exchange is a free cross-sector leadership development initiative open to staff at middle, senior, and executive level from all sectors (public, private, third) in Scotland. It provides a framework for leaders to learn from each other to develop their understanding of another sector, their own leadership skills and their ability to work collaboratively. Leadership Exchange is an initiative of ACOSVO and Workforce Scotland and free to access.
