The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Planning, Monitoring and Control Specific Interest Group (SIG) will take place at 5pm.

Welcome/Apologies

  • Minutes from the previous AGM
  • Chair's report
  • Election of committee (The officer posts of Chair and Secretary will be elected at the first committee meeting following the AGM)

Any member wishing to add an item to the above agenda, or wishing to nominate themselves for the committee should submit the details in writing here no less than seven days before the AGM (by end of day 9th June 2016).
