- The Project Manager’s (PM) role from a legal perspective
- Consideration of forms of contract that the PM may be required to enter into and some key provisions
- Consideration of some forms of contract/agreements that the PM may be asked to administer
- PMs role and responsibilities to the various parties involved in these contracts
- PM’s potential liabilities and professional Indemnity Insurance
- Case law
