Natacha Redon will draw on her experience implementing BIM to demonstrate that, whilst heavily utilising technology, BIM is fundamentally a process with the same features as traditional project management tools used in the construction industry.    

She will explain how BIM is a powerful tool which enforces the best practices in project management. She will show delegates how this process can become a profitable service delivery method, one that future project managers may be expected to deliver as standard.

Following this presentation, the audience will be invited to pose questions to a panel of BIM experts, including Natacha and members of the BIM working group of the APM PMC SIG. Networking opportunities will follow the board discussion.
