The MetroBus project is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the area. This presentation looks at the North Fringe to Hengrove Package, (NFHP), from the view of the project sponsor and contract manager.

The speakers will discuss the objectives for the MetroBus project and its life cycle to date. The challenges of gaining funding and build consents, project governance and the contract management strategy.  It will also look at building the right team, risk and issue management, change control and planning for the transfer of assets to business as usual. The speakers will share lessons learned from across the project.
