The APM Governance SIG is currently updating its guidance on "Sponsoring Change". We are looking to produce authoritative and practical guidance on the sponsorship of Programmes and Projects, building on the success of the first edition as well as new research, case studies, models and tools. On 8 March we will be hosting a development workshop session to look at aspects of the revised guidance.

If you have experience and an interest in how Programmes and Projects are sponsored, specifically within existing business as usual situations or in Sponsorship as an professional discipline, we would like to discuss your ideas.

We are keen to consult widely in preparation of this guidance and welcome input from APM members across the UK.

This workshop is suitable for professionals of an advanced level of experience.
