Schedule Quality – detailed analysis of the main metrics webinar

Poor Schedule Quality (SQ) is increasingly being recognised as a key preventable factor that contributes to projects and programme failures, the number of which is unfortunately still too high, in spite of the increasing number of sophisticated tools available on the market.
Some of the main metrics that provide a quantitative assessment of the SQ will be analysed, underlining at the same time, the limits of what tools can and cannot do.

This webinar is intended to be a continuation of the previous one (Schedule quality on 7 February), during which the SQ topic was addressed in a more generic manner.

This webinar is suitable for an audience of passionate planners.
