u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future

An introduction to leading profound social, environmental and personal transformation.

Wanted to let everyone know about a course that is open for enrollment now.  It is  called 'u.lab:  Leading from an Emerging future'.  https://www.edx.org/course/ulab-leading-from-the-emerging-future.  I will be doing it.It is based in the work of Otto Scharmer and his Theory U.  I really rate this work and it gives access to a worldwide community of change makers who are learning processes and tools relating doing transformation in a different way - listening to the future.  It includes a series of online learning, journaling, attending a 'coaching circle' with others around the world and more.  It is free if you want it to be, or you can get an accredit ion for around £70.If you want to know more about Otto Scharmer's work you can go to the Presencing Institute:
