This is noted as being very locally focused by Jos Holmes, the  Local Authority Climate Action Cordinator, York and North Yorkshire LEP. However, it seems a very comprehensive example of how more local action is being carried out under COVID, keeping climate and biodiverstiy at the top of the agenda.
