A panel led discussion focusing on experiences and lessons learned through managing projects and change during lockdown.

With almost a year having passed since the UK went into lockdown, the way we work to execute projects has forever changed. Coordinating inputs and running aspects of projects require more planning and consideration to ensure they run just as smoothly as face to face. The mix of projects being initiated are rapidly tilting in favour of digitising services, process and procedures but perhaps at speeds which result in us being unable to fully assess the human impacts of these changes.

There are many lessons to learn from what we have experienced and an opportunity to actively choose what we bring back and complement with new ways of working.

Join us to discuss your personal insights and lessons and help us build a picture of a better future keeping organisations focused on people. Full participation from all attendees appreciated to ensure a rich and diverse discussion.
