Changing services is a cultural project and in this free seminar we will offer an alternative to the kind of transactional, target based culture that currently dominates.

Heidi and Gary will discuss how we develop empathy, trusted relationships, openness, transparency and a sense of shared endeavour to build new culture, based on mutual respect, equality and a focus on what matters both for staff and for people using services.

This seminar will also look at the macro and the micro with active practical examples. These examples will aim to inspire and give practical tools to delegates in mobilising increased ownership at all system levels, sharing learning of key tools such as reflective practice, appreciative enquiry and the CHIME framework.
