Format: Hybrid
Connections are vital.
Connections play a vital role of connections in enabling enterprises and people to flourish. Since 2020, we’ve grappled with the need for social distance and social connection. We’ve experienced the ups and downs of connecting remotely. We’ve seen both the value and vulnerabilities of digital connection. We’ve experimented with different hybrids of working together remotely and in physical proximity.
Now it’s time to come together.
To celebrate our successes. To pause and take a breath, a precious moment of reflection together. To revitalise and sustain our own connections. To expand our horizons beyond our own organisation, sector and country. So that we can distil the best actionable insights from what we’ve all learned.
At the Henley Forum 2022 Annual Conference we will be exploring a range of perspectives on ‘sustaining and securing connections’, such as:
-
Human connections for wellbeing and engagement
-
Collaborative connections for knowledge, learning and innovation
-
Technological connections (information risk and security) for continuity
-
Organisaational connections (leadership and culture) for performance
Format:
-
International speakers
-
Interactive workshops
-
Informal networking
-
Fringe activities – join our Henley Forum Community Coffee sessions
Satellite Sessions – hosted virtually (join us for interactive workshops and networking)
Day 1 – hosted at the Greenlands campus of Henley Business School (join us for keynotes, workshops and conference dinner)
Day 2 – hosted at the Greenlands campus + virtually (join us for keynotes, speaker stories and research insights)
It’s much more than the sum of the parts! This is a carefully curated conference, not a series of webinars. The whole is much more than the sum of the parts. We’ll be making connections between the sessions and the sub-themes to offer you much richer insights.
