Generally we are conditioned to avoid conflict within our life, both at home and at work. Unfortunately this isn’t always possible, and how we deal with it can have effects further than the initial disagreement.

Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, political, or emotional. When a dispute arises, often the best course of action is negotiation to resolve the disagreement.

APM Thames Valley branch have bought together three specialists who be offering differing perspectives on conflict and how to achieve the best resolution. The format of the evening will be a short presentation from each speaker and then open Q&A from the attendees.
