In the world of change initiatives, we are always bound by time whilst simultaneously wrestling uncertainty.

You are invited to join the next session in a collaboration series between the APM and the Change Management Institute exploring how we practitioners work more closely together to realise project outcomes and benefits.

In this interactive session we will examine how our leadership behaviours have an effect on the changes we implement.

In a previous webinar we looked at how the competencies outlined in both the APM and the CMI frameworks have great similarities. This session is intended to focus on behaviours rather than competencies.
A simple way of separating the two is:
competencies outline the skills required and, behaviours are how we act.

The facilitated session will involve a small panel of experienced change and project management professionals and we will welcome participation from the audience in the form of Mentimeter polls/voting and Microsoft Teams chat.

This is an interactive session in which we will examine the key behaviours for leading successful change for both project managers and change managers.
