Come along and listen to Lucy Bush from Britain Thinks and Sujata Ray from Age UK who talk about their research into older people's experience of "self neglect" and explain how they identified ways to better understand and support this extremely vulnerable group. Their multi-methods programme used a range of techniques to ensure their findings were useful and relevant across organisations.

In addition, Professor Leon Feinstein from the Office of the Children's Commissioner and London School of Economics, will talk about measuring vulnerability in children.
