Dan Harris

CEO Neurodiversity in Business

Neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work and interpret information. It highlights that people naturally think about things differently and neurodivergent people have different interests and motivations and are naturally better at some things and poorer at others.

It is estimated that around one in seven people (more than 15 per cent of people in the UK) are neurodivergent, meaning that the brain functions, learns and processes information differently.

In this free seminar, Dan will explain why he set up Neurodiversity in Business earlier this year and why neurodiversity is a competitive advantage. He will also discuss the challenges neurodivergent people may face in the workplace and what can be done to ensure they are accepted and valued as employees.
