The City of Amsterdam is increasingly using AI and algorithmic systems, for example for automated parking control or in prioritizing reports from citizens.   See other resources about this in APAN - search for "Amsterdam".  In order to explain to citizens how an algorithm works and which data it uses, the city has developed these contractual terms for the procurement of algorithms. They set frameworks for the information that suppliers need to provide.
