One of Cornwall Council’s four target outcomes from 2022 is to be an empowering and enterprising organisation inn which it's Customer Philosophy sets out an ambition that it's services are ‘Digital by Design and Accessible by All’. To achieve that has set out this excellent strategy document whose ambition is to deliver lower cost, higher quality services by optimising it's operations, continuously seeking to improve customer experience and the services it provides. The most effective way of fundamentally improving services is by harnessing existing and emerging technologies. This will require changes to technology, but also wider changes to our skillset, relationships with colleagues, partners and the Cornish community, and ways of working.  This document is an exemplar in how to document these ambitions and communicate them to the wider audience.
