This guidance is aimed at all staff, assuming a basic knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI). It contains practical tips for using GenAI better in their own work, a list of six steps to take to be responsible users, as well as an exemplar breakdown of how they might use GenAI in a project in their own work. The guidance is produced by the London Office of Technology & Innovation (LOTI) but would be of relevance to all types of council.
