Case study
The aim of the programme was to create a network of informed and aware citizens throughout the borough, whose role it is to spread accurate information on COVID-19 and to feedback community concerns or issues. This has now progressed and the council is now maintaining a pool of well informed volunteers who are able to support testing and vaccination programmes through community engagement and practical support.
