- Description
- This qualitative pre-print paper describes results from a subset of participants enrolled in a non-inferiority randomised controlled trial (Research Registry ID:6809). Participants were randomsied to an intervention arm of i) serial self-administered lateral flow antigen tests plus two PCR tests, with 24-hour release based on a negative lateral flow device result (Daily Contact Testing group) or a control arm of ii) 10 days of self-isolation with one PCR test. It provides insights into factors influencing use of tests, understanding of test results, and how tests were used to inform behavioural decisions.
