What does it cover?

Led by Louise La Fortune of the School of Public Health Research (http://www.iph.cam.ac.uk/nihr-sphr/) the course provides an introduction to the evaluation of public health interventions.  It covers the importance of evaluation and key evaluation concepts, developing an evaluation question, the use of logic models and an introduction to economic evaluation.  It will also provide participants with an opportunity to discuss current public health evaluation problems.

Who should attend?

The course is aimed at public health commissioners, practitioners or specialists who are engaged or are likely to be engaged in the evaluation of local public health interventions.
