Definition of Minor and Ancillary - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I am currently looking at conditions and was wondering if anybody has got any evidence in case law/appeal decisions on what the definition of minor is? Particularly in relation to retail are there any decisions which point towards an amount or percentage of floorspace or turnover.
