Hoping someone may be able to assist a query I have. I have been asked to advise if a replacement Place of Worship will be CIL Liable. The reason I am querying it is the use class of the building will be D1 however the plans are showing that will be accommodation (63 sqm of floorspace including a lounge/kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms) this floorspace is primarily accessed internally however there is a fire escape that could potentially be used as access to this area.
Wondering if anyone else has had a proposal of similar lines and if it has been CIL Liable?
I would appreciate any thoughts
