New to CIL - Self build exemption - evidence - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi

Would anyone be able to advise re Form 7: Self Build Exemption Claim Form part 2

Would the defects insurance provided by the builder satisfy this requirement ?  I have been advised by an agent that this would not be acceptable as it is not transferrable and that the requirement refers to a warranty issued by e.g. NHBC, Zurich etc at an approximate cost of around £2,500

Grateful for any advice as we have not yet received any part 2 forms due on completion of the self builds
