S106 monitoring with Exacom

Hi

Are there any Exacom users who would be happy for my colleague and I to have a chat with you on how you record S106 agreements on the system, particularly around original agreements against an outline permission and linking follow up reserved matters submissions.

Hi Faye

I'll email you, we are in West Lothian (Scotland) and I am the information and contribution officer here for the council and I administer and manage most aspects of the contributions for West Lothian we have obligation tracker by exacom and although we call them S75s the agreements I believe are exactly the same as your s106 setup.

We manage the system linked to Idox : Uniform - we don't have a CIL system here in Scotland.

Likewise, I am the infrastructure and Monitoring Officer in Reading. We use Exacom with Arcus and I manage both CIL and S106 in Exacom.

Apologies for hijacking this thread

@Neal - I work for Central Bedfordshire Council (recently joined) and am working on replacing our ageing Idox Acolaid system, part of which is Planning and Section 106.

We have engaged with a number of vendors including Idox, Exacom and Arcus.
I beleive that Arcus have their own Section 106 solution, so I would be interested to learn about Reading using Exacom for S106 and Arcus (presumable for planning).

Did one come before the other, or maybe there was a strategic decision to go with two vendors?

Whilst one did come before the other (Exacom being the incumbent), it was also a strategic decison.
