Morning

We are currently reviewing our scheme of delegation to try and speed up our decision making for certain application types by changing the requirements around what has to go to planning committee, reserved matter submissions being one example.

Would anyone be willing to share copies of their schemes please so we can do a 'benchmarking' type exercise.  Or if you have any advice in terms of changes you made which really benefited your service.  My email address is faye.smith@tewkesbury.gov.uk and please copy my colleague james.lloyd@tewkesbury.gov.uk in too.
