Hi all. I am trying to recall if there is case law discussing how the NPPF is meant to be read in sequence, whether the sequencing of chapters is an important consideration or all this is down to decision-makers to determine. Thanks!
Hi. I'm not aware of any such case law, and would be surprised if there was any relating to sequencing, bearing in mind the NPPF (Dec 2023) says at paragraph 3: "The Framework should be read as a whole (including its footnotes and annexes)."
