CIL - does NMA permission triggers recalculation of original CIL? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi All, I hope it's a quick question and apologies for my ignorance. Does NMA permission automatically and legally alter the original permission in a way that after grant of NMA the original permission cannot be implemented? Are there any specific regulations to confirm this?
