Hi All, just a quick query about bike store with headroom over 1.5m should be included in GIA, right? Just like garages? Also, when a loft is converted to a habitual bedroom, that should also be included in the GIA, right? There is a review request, hence I am trying to get second opinions on this. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!
