Do you send applicants an information notice for all CIl liable applications or just applications relating to social housing relief?

If you do send anything out is it more like an "information pack" ie a CIL process guide - information about surcharges, appeals and all of the CIL forms.

Do you mean CIL form 1? We put our processes on our website and require CIL Form 1 as a part of the validation process. The responsibibility is on the developer to be up to speed so I would ensure that your website covers the appropriate steps and point them in that direction.
