PHASED DEVELOPMENT FOR CIL

Hi All,

I am pretty sure that somewhere in the Regs there is information relating to phased developments for CIL, as opposed to phased developments for planning.

We have a large site that will have 2 phases for the purposes of planning but they want to have 9 phases for the purposes of CIL payments.

I feel sure in my mind that I have heard this is OK but cannot find anything in the Regs.

I will be most grateful for any help and guidance.
